At Pinnacle Management Services, LLC, Holly parlays her extensive professional administrative experience. For over four years, Holly managed a popular restaurant first in Denver, Colorado and then in its Salt Lake City, Utah location. Working with the company’s annual $2 million revenue, her responsibilities included leading a staff of over 40 employees, customer service, food quality, P&L statements, and managing maintenance services.

Prior to that, she worked for the Attorney General of Utah’s office for four years as an administrative legal secretary. She also worked for a Texas police department for five years. Holly prepared reports to present to the district attorney, managed schedules for multiple police chiefs, served as a victim assistant coordinator, organized police functions and a community police program, and even assisted with emergency cases, such as a kidnapping.

Originally from Texas, Holly and her husband, Chris, have lived in Utah for seven years and have two daughters. Together, they enjoy hiking and skiing.

Hayden Andrews
Home Maintenance Coordinator
Hayden, a licensed general contractor, has been in the construction industry for 12 years, beginning in Aspen, Colorado. Since 2002, he has framed multi-million-dollar homes in Park City area and worked as superintendent for a reputable custom home builder. Most recently, he has overseen and organized six home construction projects from beginning to end in Deer Crest, Red Cloud, Park Meadows, and Mountain Ranch Estates. As such, Hayden is familiar with all home systems from heating to security and continues to maintain a myriad of trade contracts throughout the valley. He lives with his wife and daughter in Salt Lake City. They like outdoor activities, especially mountain biking and skiing.

Chris has been in the property management business since age 18, assisting with his father’s business for six years prior to undergraduate study. He met his wife and Pinnacle co-owner Holly in college and continued working in the property management and maintenance fields. Together, they managed multiple homes and maintained a 100+ unit apartment complex.
